Terms & Conditions
Unless otherwise arranged with Vivid Snowboarding directly lesson fees must be paid at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, bank transfer. The booking will not be confirmed until receipt of the funds has been received.
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
Less than 48 hours notice 100%
Within 30 days – 50%
Over 30 days – 0%
Any amendments made to the booking will be subject to our cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed by both parties. If subsequent sessions are booked during the clients stay in resort they will be under the same terms and conditions as above.
Vivid Snowboarding will not be liable for adverse weather conditions, breakdowns of mechanical installations or any other incidents beyond the company’s control. Fees for lessons with Vivid Snowboarding will be reimbursed on a pro rata daily basis in the event of the complete closure of the Verbier and Bruson lift systems.
On occasion your instructor might include some off-piste skiing away from the piste markers. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance to ski off-piste and also ensure you have the appropriate avalanche safety equipment. If you are in doubt, please consult your instructor for advice.
Our coaches will wait 30 minutes for clients and, unless a call has been made to the office or instructor within this time, the client will forfeit the day’s session.
Skiing and snowboarding are hazardous activities. Powder Extreme SARL (and it’s brands Performance Verbier and VIVID Snowboarding) does not accept any liability for accidents that happen during lessons or other company organised events. Clients are required to insure themselves for third party liability and to arrange a policy that provides for personal, medical, curtailment and rescue insurance for off-piste skiing (where applicable) with a licensed and reputable insurer. Powder Extreme SARL (and it’s brands Performance Verbier and VIVID Snowboarding) does not insure its clients. Lift passes are obligatory and are the responsibility of the client. In addition, clients are responsible for advising of any injury, fitness or health related issues before the start of the lesson. Powder Extreme cannot be held responsible for non- disclosure of such items.
Powder Extreme SARL (and it’s brands Performance Verbier and VIVID Snowboarding) is insured for professional liability as required by the Canton du Valais and the Ordonnance Federale.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
In addition to our standard Terms and Conditions. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
In the event of travel restrictions
Up to 30 days before your lesson – 100% Refund
From 30 days to 48hrs – 90% Refund
From 48hrs to the start of your lesson – 0% Refund
In the event of full lift closure due to COVID-19:
100% Refund
Travel restrictions are defined as follows:
Restrictions imposed by the Swiss federal government where you are not able to enter the Switzerland.
Restrictions imposed by government of your domicile country where you are not able to enter Switzerland.
If quarantine is established in you country of domicile if you have visited Switzerland.
If quarantine is established entering Switzerland.

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows for our Instructor Training course
Cancellation 12 weeks or more before the course will be charged at 10% of the course fee and accommodation. The course deposit fee.
Cancellation 12 - 6 weeks before the course will be charged at 50% of the course fee and accommodation.
Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the course starts there is no refund.
