April showers in Verbier
Verbier is still getting plenty of snow as we move towards the end of the season. April showers in Verbier has bought cloudy days. This week has seen some great conditions all over the mountain and Tuesday saw the vivid snowboarding team out shooting photos in the backcountry. The team hiked into Rock Garden where conditions were superb. After Rock Garden the team headed to the South side of Mont Fort. A few tracks had been run in but for April the off-piste snowboarding was amazing! After Mont Fort we traversed and hiked into Stair way to Heaven. Here the conditions were the best of the day. The north facing aspect of the area meant the snow stayed amazingly fresh. The conditions were all time! We managed to hike a few different lines in the area. After Stair way we felt the weather had warmed too much.
